whenever I have a camera in my hand..

18 October 2015
.. I always fail to tell my stories in words.

Thanks to a little feedback from friends (actually, just one in particular - HI JEN!),
I've changed my blog's posts to a more convenient ~continue reading~ page break. To increase clickability and to facilitate ease in browsing through my previous posts.
So hopefully this little setting will improve everyone's browsing experience :)

Trying to regurgitate photos from my fuji as fast as possible so I can make way for the month of August + September.
Enjoy!!!

One of my favourite photos in this post -

WINTER BREAK in KL

First boy grandchild in the family, Hafiz

My dad's favourite

Can't wait to see this fluffball in December. Got a call from my mom last week telling me Neon bolted for the door & didn't come home all night. I cried all night thinking about the little fella. Can't help but feel attached to all my cats, especially Neon since he was the first cat that I got since I was 7 (got him when I turned 16) But his disappearance didn't last very long - he came back the next day yay!!!!!

Hafiz

Matte skin that did a shit job at protecting my phone...
Then again I drop my phone at least 3 times a week.

BAZAAR RAMADAN!!!!!!!!!! Favourite time of the year.
So many Malaysian delicacies in 1 spot. Not hard to be greedy & buy everything you see when you're fasting for 12-14 hours a day.

Curry puffs!!!!! I don't think I mention/stress on it enough but
I. FREAKING. LOVE. CURRY. PUFFS!!!!!!!
When I was back in KL for winter break, I had curry puffs every day for buka puasa.
I love the ones with potato curry and egg hngggggg.

Apam balik

BONTOT AYAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Haven't been back in KK at all this year since Chinese New Year.
Will definitely plan a trip during summer break to visit my brothers + Faiz

Sunset from my apartment

Been doing a lot of thinking lately - about my blogging style and layout.
How its 95% photos, 5% text. I can't help but feel like I'm not doing a proper job as a blogger?
But the more I think about it, the more I think I don't fall under the category of a fully pledged blogger. I post photos about my day to day happenings but I never go into the nitty gritty details of my day. Things that irk me, if anything interesting happened today, how I'm developing as a person.....
I guess most of my photographs do the talking for me. After all, photographs are a form of expression.  All the visual cues.
To show you a glimpse of who I am as a person.
Hopefully as a vibrant, complex and contented individual :)

I don't think I've ever been the type to speak about my feelings/thoughts freely on the digital super public. Alas, I am just too private that way.

I think of this space as a virtual photo journal - so I can look and scroll back 10 years from now and remember all the things I did, all the people I met, all the food I ate, all the beautiful memories I created.

Even this banter seems out of the ordinary. Just felt like I had more to say than usual.

Anyway, have a good day wherever you are!!!!
